Ми прагнемо створити інклюзивне та сприятливе робоче середовище, де всі співробітники відчуватимуть повагу та підтримку в реалізації свого потенціалу.Наша організація визнана критично важливою для функціонування економіки в особливий період.Weapons and Ammunition Management (WAM) Liaison Coordinator відповідає за координацію діяльності у сфері управління зброєю та боєприпасами, забезпечення взаємодії з державними органами та іншими ключовими партнерами, а також підтримку впровадження проєктів MAG відповідно до міжнародних стандартів (MOSAIC, IATG). Посада спрямована на підвищення безпеки шляхом ефективного управління озброєнням, проведення технічних оцінок і організації навчань для стейкхолдерів.Обов'язки:
  • Встановлення та підтримка ефективної взаємодії з ключовими стейкхолдерами (МВС, Національна поліція та інші партнери).
  • Координація діяльності у сфері управління зброєю та боєприпасами (WAM) відповідно до стандартів MAG.
  • Організація та проведення зустрічей зі стейкхолдерами, забезпечення їх залученості та розуміння ролі MAG.
  • Моніторинг комунікації та супровід кореспонденції щодо діяльності WAM.
  • Проведення технічних оцінок (зокрема мобільних складів озброєння) під керівництвом технічного лідера.
  • Підготовка та проведення тренінгів для партнерів і стейкхолдерів.
  • Підготовка щотижневих звітів (виконані завдання, виклики, план наступного тижня).
  • Участь у плануванні та покращенні ефективності проєктів MAG.
  • Забезпечення дотримання стандартів MOSAIC, IATG та внутрішніх процедур MAG.
  • Дотримання вимог з охорони праці, безпеки та захисту під час виконання завдань.
Вимоги:
  • Вища освіта (бажано за відповідним напрямом);
  • Розуміння внутрішніх механізмів державних органів України та процесів погодження
  • Досвід роботи у поліції, військових або оборонному секторі - буде значною перевагою
  • Досвід у сфері управління або координації діяльності WAM;
  • Досвід проведення навчань та передачі знань;
  • Розвинені організаційні та координаційні навички;
  • Здатність розробляти та дотримуватись операційних і безпекових процедур;
  • Відмінні комунікаційні навички та навички взаємодії зі стейкхолдерами;
  • Впевнений користувач ПК (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Здатність працювати в умовах дедлайнів та під тиском;
  • Досвід роботи в міжнародних або гуманітарних організаціях буде перевагою.
  • Знання мов:

We strive to provide an inclusive and supportive working environment where all employees feel respected and supported in fulfilling their potential.MAG is an organisation that is approved as a critically important organisation for national infrastructure.The Weapons and Ammunition Management (WAM) Liaison Coordinator is responsible for coordinating WAM activities, maintaining strong relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of MAG projects in line with international standards (MOSAIC, IATG). The role contributes to enhancing safety and security through effective weapons management, technical assessments, and delivery of training to stakeholders.Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective coordination with key stakeholders (Ministry of Interior, National Police and other partners).
  • Coordinate WAM (Weapons and Ammunition Management) activities in line with MAG standards and procedures.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and understanding of MAG's role.
  • Monitor communication and manage correspondence related to WAM activities.
  • Conduct technical assessments (including mobile armouries) under the supervision of the technical lead.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly reports outlining completed activities, challenges, and upcoming plans.
  • Contribute to planning processes and continuous improvement of MAG project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with MOSAIC, IATG standards and MAG internal procedures.
  • Follow Health, Safety and Security requirements during all activities.
Requirements:Higher education (preferably in a relevant field);Strong understanding of internal government mechanisms and approval processes in Ukraine (key priority);Background in police, military, or defence sector - highly desirable;Experience in WAM operations management or coordination;Experience in delivering trainings and knowledge transfer;Strong organisational and coordination skills;Ability to develop and follow operational and safety procedures;Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;Confident PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint);Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;Experience working with international or humanitarian organisations will be an advantage.Languages:Ukrainian - fluent (spoken and written);English -not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2).How to apply:This opportunity is available to Ukrainian nationals only.
