- Be a key part of our daily QA processes, including test planning, system testing, troubleshooting, and support activities
- Collaborate closely with solution managers, project managers, and fellow QA team members
- Communicate daily in English with colleagues across Playtech’s global offices
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into clear and effective testing specifications
- Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports, including automation where applicable
- Work hand-in-hand with development teams to clarify requirements and quality expectations
- Perform manual system and regression testing of web and mobile applications
- Estimate risks and testing efforts for projects
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
- Learn from experience and proactively contribute to team growth and product quality
- Have at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance for web-based and mobile applications
- Possess a strong understanding of development processes and the software life cycle
- Are well-versed in various testing methods and techniques
- Have hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
- Understand REST, HTTP, and WebSocket protocols
- Have worked with logging and monitoring systems
- Are familiar with NoSQL databases
- Have experience using bug tracking systems and test management tools
- Understand Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
- Show curiosity, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
- Learn quickly and strive for continuous self-improvement
- Are self-motivated, proactive, and maintain a positive attitude
- Excel at problem-solving and are detail-oriented
- Experience working with microservice-based architectures
- Familiarity with virtualization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with version control systems
- Background in the gambling or gaming industry
- Higher education in IT or a related field
- Formal education in Quality Assurance or an ISTQB certification
