  • Higher education in economics, finance, or banking.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector as a Branch Manager or as a Manager responsible for attracting medium and small business clients.
  • Ability to establish open business relationships with colleagues, external partners, and clients.
  • Ability to build an effective team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactivity and results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of English (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and oversee the sales process for the full range of banking products to existing and potential clients.
  • Attract new corporate and individual clients.
  • Increase fee-based income.
  • Ensure the branch operates profitably and meets planned performance targets.
  • Organize efficient and well-coordinated work of the staff.
