- Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy for Taimi across lifecycle, promotional, and transactional touchpoints
- Define the roadmap for email as a retention and monetisation channel, aligned to DAU and revenue goals
- Build and maintain the segmentation architecture — ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right moment
- Plan, write, and launch email campaigns from brief to send, including copy, subject lines, and CTA strategy
- Build and optimise automated lifecycle flows: onboarding, activation, re-engagement, win-back, and subscription upsell
- Manage the email content calendar in coordination with Product, Brand, and Community teams
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, copy, timing, segmentation, and design
- Analyse campaign performance weekly and translate data into actionable improvements
- Monitor and maintain deliverability health: list hygiene, sender reputation, open/click/conversion benchmarks
- Partner with the Retention team to align email flows with in-app behavioural triggers
- Brief the Creative team on design requirements for email templates
- Feed insights back to Product on user behaviour patterns surfaced through email engagement data
- 1+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in a consumer mobile app or subscription product
- Proven track record managing lifecycle and campaign email programmes at scale
- Strong copywriting skills — you can write an email that converts, not just one that looks good
- Analytical mindset: comfortable in dashboards, able to design and read A/B tests, and make decisions from data
- Experience with at least one major ESP (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar)
- Understanding of deliverability fundamentals and list management best practices
- Experience in dating, social, or subscription apps
- Familiarity with push notifications and in-app messaging as complementary channels
- Basic HTML/CSS for email template editing
- Genuine anity with or understanding of the LGBTQ+ community and its values
- Involvement in the development of Ukrainian products that compete with the world's best market players.
