- Business and Revenue Management: Drive, manage, and execute the business and growth goals in terms of new offering development, revenues and assigned accounts.
- Client Relationship Development: Develop relationships with key partners and decision-makers within assigned accounts; seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients, anticipating their needs.
- Client Engagement Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality and added value.
- High level Project Management: Plan, develop, coordinate, and assist with project activities through all project phases; allocate, obtain, and manage resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; create and implement assessment processes to ensure projects are completed on time, milestones/goals are met, and adhere to approved budgets.
- Consultative Problem-Solving: Serve as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills and when required participate in contract renewal efforts on large accounts.
- Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Project Management: Oversee and manage sales, marketing, delivery, and project management activities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Ensure accurate and efficient data and insight collection to support project objectives and client requirements, working on a global and regional way in the pursuit of multi country opportunities.
- Business Development Experience: Preferred candidates will have experience in the new offering development in the area of technology, data and consulting in business-to-business selling and managing using a consultative sales approach, preferably in solution and sales management
- Healthcare System Experience: Typically requires around 5 years of experience Healthcare\Pharmaceutical sector, developing and implementing strategies for public and private sector engagement as an individual contributor. A good understanding of the health system and private health sector, including hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, health insurance, solutions and technologies
- Technology Sales: Experience in selling technology services and solutions in Healthcare sector.
- Project Management Skills: Successful track record of managing (planning and delivery) complex, interdisciplinary projects.
- Ability to build in depth and long-standing relationships with client companies, especially at a senior level
- Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents
- Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to represent the company with external constituents
