Its name is a reference to Isaac Asimov's three laws of robotics and the search for an enigmatic Fourth Law.Key Responsibilities

Configure and audit workstations across the full cycle - from hardware selection to procurement requests; prepare equipment for conferences and all-hands meetings (quarterly);
Set up and maintain computers (Windows / macOS / Linux), printers, scanners, MFPs, and NAS devices; diagnose and repair peripherals; manage firmware and driver updates;
Administer the local network: IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP; configure and support routers, switches, and access points; organize secure network access via VPN and access segmentation;
Manage user accounts and group policies via Google Workspace and macOS MDM; configure antivirus software, firewalls, MFA, and multi-level password systems; monitor and remediate security threats;
Set up and maintain local and cloud backups (Google Workspace, NAS); automate backup routines for critical data; test data recovery;
Provide remote support via TeamViewer / AnyDesk; write basic automation scripts (PowerShell / Bash); document configurations and user instructions.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux administration;
Networking fundamentals: VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall configuration;
Google Workspace administration;
MFA setup and access control systems;
Remote administration tools: TeamViewer / AnyDesk.

Nice to Have

macOS MDM experience;
Basic scripting: PowerShell or Bash;
IP camera and NVR setup;
Familiarity with cybersecurity basics.
