- Processing payment operations in multiple currencies and verifying the accuracy of supporting documents;
- Assisting with counterparties' checks and monitoring transactions for compliance with internal policies;
- Performing daily reconciliation of banking operations with ERP system data and identifying discrepancies;
- Participating in the automation of routine processes and implementation of basic financial tools;
- Preparing simple financial reports and summaries for regular internal reporting;
- Collecting and preparing documentation for audits and internal reviews;
- Ensuring the security of financial operations and collaborating with other departments on payments and document flow.
- Experience working in international or leading Ukrainian companies or banks;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written);
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / MS Office;
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility in task execution.
