  • Сontrol over the shipping process.
  • Communication with English-speaking brokers and drivers by phone.
  • Timely provision of feedback for the client.
  • Taking calls and solving problems in the delivery of goods using creative solutions and patience.
  • Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues.
  • CRM system control.
  • Processing and control of cargo documentation.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Ability to work under stress and effectively multitask
  • Analytical flexible thinking.
  • Proficient time management skills.
  • Striving for continuous improvement and the ability to take responsibility for one's own results
  • Desire for continuous development and professional growth
