- Record all financial transactions daily according to the organisation's chart of accounts.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.).
- Regularly reconcile petty cash and bank accounts.
- Support the local expatriate administrator in the monthly accounting closure.
- Participate in the preparation of periodic financial reports for the donor and headquarters.
- Collaborate daily with the local and expatriate administrator.
- Ensure proper documentation of procurement-related expenses.
- Provide technical support to local partners in accounting management and financial reporting.
- Assist in reviewing financial documents submitted by partners and monitor partners' compliance with administrative procedures, and suggest improvements.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures

- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in dynamic environments
- Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
