- Own and manage core C&B processes, including Annual Salary Review, benchmarking, pay cost analysis, job evaluation, and incentive administration.
- Conduct compensation data modeling, budgeting, and analysis in close collaboration with Finance.
- Assess the effectiveness of C&B programs and translate insights into clear reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Monitor regional trends and the vendor landscape to identify opportunities for program improvement or scaling.
- Lead or support Total Rewards projects, including policy updates, process enhancements, and the development of new frameworks.
- Partner with managers and People Partners on job analysis, grading, and salary range design.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Familiarity with HiBob, especially in Compensation modules; experience in configuration is a plus.
- Working knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools such as KF, Mercer, WTW or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights.
