- Fluency in Ukrainian, English - at least B2 Upper Intermediate level (oral and written communication).
- Specialized higher or basic higher education.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in a managerial position will be an added advantage).
- Successful experience in conducting advertising campaigns (Digital, POSM).
- Be a leader and be able to prove it.
- Computer knowledge at the level of a confident user: MS Office, photo/video redactors (creating analytical tables, charts, presentations, social media posts).
- Be able to clearly articulate thoughts, particularily in written communication,
- professional and personal qualities:

- Be with the means of power supply, our work requires always being in touch, having the Internet and charged office equipment, according to the work schedule, regardless of whether there is light or not!
- Development and implementation of the company’s business development strategy.
- Formation of the marketing budget.
- Responsible for strategic planning and implementation of marketing and advertising activities.
- Formation of promotion tactics in online channels and development of promotion programs.
- Work with the CRM and lead generation funnels.
- Launch and control of advertising campaigns for projects.
- Blogging on websites and social media.
- Analyze the competitive environment (competitors’ products, competitors’ advertising activity).
- Providing clear specifications for creatives and layouts.
- Organization and implementation of trade marketing activities in all sales channels.
- Organization of participation in events (exhibitions, etc.).
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotion, advertising channels, placements, activities, projects and events, as well as the effectiveness of cooperation.
- Developing ways to improve customer experience at all stages of the Client’s interaction with the Company.
- Searching for new channels of customer acquisition and improving the efficiency of existing ones.
- Preparation of reports to the Company’s management.
