The recruiter acts as a recruitment process owner, leading candidate interviews and client communication, while partnering with a dedicated sourcer who handles the talent search.What you will do:▪️ Own the full recruitment cycle (excluding sourcing): screening, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting candidates;▪️ Act as the main point of contact for clients – consult them, manage expectations, and provide market insights;▪️ Collaborate closely with sourcers to align on hiring needs and profiles;▪️ Lead candidate interviews and assess technical/cultural fit in coordination with hiring managers;▪️ Support offer negotiation and objection handling;▪️ Contribute to employer branding and process improvement initiatives.What we expect from you:▪️ 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment▪️ Solid experience with tech positions (Middle/Senior/Lead/Architect level);▪️ Strong account management and client communication skills;▪️ Ability to consult clients and navigate ambiguity with a solutions-driven mindset;▪️ Advanced organizational and time-management skills;▪️ Experience working in cross-functional teams with sourcers and hiring managers;▪️ English level B2 or higher;▪️ Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).What we offer:▪️ Global clients▪️ Clear role structure: recruiters focus on candidates and clients, sourcers focus on talent search▪️ Flexible remote work▪️ Transparent and supportive environment▪️ Growth opportunities in tech recruitment and client consulting
