- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in an IT outsourcing or software development company;
- Proven ability to plan and execute business development projects, set up meetings with C-level executives and decision makers;
- Experience with presales activities, client communication, and preparing initial project documentation;
- Understanding of web and mobile software development life cycles and service delivery models;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- C1 English (spoken and written);
- Based in Poland (preferably Warsaw);
- Positive track record.
- Existing network of warm leads or contacts relevant to the LaSoft industry;
- General understanding of the IT outsourcing business;
- Knowledge of Polish or German is a big bonus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine interest in people;
- Goal-oriented and self-organized with a proactive mindset;
- Passion for building long-term relationships based on trust and value;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales-marketing team.
