BETER is an international company and an award-winning provider of betting content and data for esports and sports.We deliver approximately 700,000 exclusive fast-paced events annually, complete with 24/7 live streaming, real-time data, and odds.Our esports portfolio includes ESportsBattle tournaments.Our sports portfolio features the Setka Cup table tennis series, the BSKT Cup basketball league, and other disciplines.We also provide esports odds based on official data for more than 450 tournaments globally, covering over 40,000 pre-match and live events annually across top titles such as CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, and more.We work with prominent sportsbooks across Europe, Latin America, USA, and beyond, providing them and their bettors with our content.Designed with the next generation of players in mind, BETER's products are proven to boost engagement, improve retention, and drive operator revenue.
We are now looking for an experienced PR Manager with strong SMM skills.Responsibilities:
  • Participation in the development of the company's PR & SMM strategy and assistance with its implementation
  • Supporting brand representation in key media outlets and at industry events
  • Building multi-level communication between the main brand and sub-brands
  • Writing press releases, interviews, thought leadership pieces, product showcases, editorials, etc.
  • Generating new media topics and pitching them to media outlets
  • Communicating daily with journalists and media partners to coordinate editorial opportunities
  • Preparing and submitting award applications
  • Preparing posts for BETER's social media pages
  • Reporting and analyzing PR performance of the company and its brands
  • Monitoring and analyzing media field
  • Collaboration with the design team on images preparation
  • Collaborating with external partners (exhibitions, conferences, webinars etc.)
  • Managing contracts and payment processes for media partners
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience as a PR Manager, preferably in the B2B segment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, fluency in Ukrainian
  • Portfolio of publications in national/local media outlets. (Portfolio of publications in international business media would be a strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
  • Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with PR tools (e.g., media monitoring, distribution platforms, media databases, analytics tools etc.)
Would be a plus:
  • Experience working in a PR agency
  • Experience in the iGaming industry
  • Knowledge of the esports domain
  • Ability to work with statistical data, industry reports, infographics, and similar materials
  • Completed PR and/or SMM courses
