We are now looking for an experienced PR Manager with strong SMM skills.Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development of the company's PR & SMM strategy and assistance with its implementation
- Supporting brand representation in key media outlets and at industry events
- Building multi-level communication between the main brand and sub-brands
- Writing press releases, interviews, thought leadership pieces, product showcases, editorials, etc.
- Generating new media topics and pitching them to media outlets
- Communicating daily with journalists and media partners to coordinate editorial opportunities
- Preparing and submitting award applications
- Preparing posts for BETER's social media pages
- Reporting and analyzing PR performance of the company and its brands
- Monitoring and analyzing media field
- Collaboration with the design team on images preparation
- Collaborating with external partners (exhibitions, conferences, webinars etc.)
- Managing contracts and payment processes for media partners
- 2–3 years of experience as a PR Manager, preferably in the B2B segment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, fluency in Ukrainian
- Portfolio of publications in national/local media outlets. (Portfolio of publications in international business media would be a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Knowledge of and experience with PR tools (e.g., media monitoring, distribution platforms, media databases, analytics tools etc.)
- Experience working in a PR agency
- Experience in the iGaming industry
- Knowledge of the esports domain
- Ability to work with statistical data, industry reports, infographics, and similar materials
- Completed PR and/or SMM courses
