- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of engineering leadership
- Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in consulting, outsourcing, or fast-paced product environments

- Deep Technical Acumen: Strong background in software development, architecture, and system design, with the ability to dive into technical details when necessary.
- Strong knowledge of two or more technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, Go, etc.)
- Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working on or integrating AI/ML solutions is a strong plus, especially in client-facing or product-driven environments
- Ability to understand software architecture patterns, contribute to, and guide the evolution of complex system architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to introduce and scale engineering standards, tooling, and quality practices
- Understanding the intersection between engineering decisions and business outcomes - you are able to balance short-term delivery with long-term value creation for both Intellectsoft and clients.
- Experienced in scaling teams, evolving processes, and introducing change in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear and effective interaction with international clients and team members.
- Highly adaptable, skilled at leading through ambiguity and rapid change while maintaining team alignment, stability, and focus on top priorities.
