• Build and scale marketing automation processes, reducing manual work and operational costs.

• Own marketing automation tasks end-to-end - from problem discovery and solution design to delivery and iteration.

• Improve speed, reliability, and transparency of marketing operations through automation and better tooling.

• Identify bottlenecks in existing marketing processes and proactively propose improvements.

• Have knowledge of any modern framework.

• Have strong hands-on experience with PHP 8.

• Have solid experience with MySQL.

• Have experience working with Redis.

• Understand and have worked with queues, jobs, and events.

• Have a good understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and common design patterns.

• Understand and have experience with Agile software development methodologies.

• Experience with DDD is a plus.

• Are highly autonomous and comfortable taking full ownership without constant guidance.

• Are proactive and don't wait for perfect or fully defined requirements.

• Can clearly communicate with non-technical stakeholders and explain technical decisions in simple terms.

• Are comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment where processes are still being built.

• Can prioritize effectively and balance delivery speed with code quality.

• Previous experience with marketing automation solutions or MarTech platforms.

• Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, CPM, CTR, ROI, and similar performance indicators.

• Experience collaborating closely with marketing or growth teams.

• Experience integrating AI-based solutions for business or marketing use cases (e.g., automation, analytics, optimization, productivity tools).
