- Strategic Growth: Develop and deliver brand strategies that demonstrate clear business impact (ROMI, market share, client satisfaction).
- Client Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of 3-10 clients across different industries, including both international leaders and local challengers.
- Roadmaps: For each client, design a 3-5 year brand vision, a 1-year roadmap, and quick-win projects (1 day-1 quarter) that link brand to business outcomes.
- Execution Leadership: Ensure all projects are structured, staged, and delivered on time through coordinated work of agency, client, and external suppliers.
- Client Partnerships: Build trust at C-level through long-term strategic relationships, reflected in client satisfaction and portfolio growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of ~10 specialists across strategy, project management, creativity, and client service. Maintain high hiring and performance standards.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Fedoriv at conferences, lectures, or publications with strong, insightful presentations on branding and marketing.
- Strong grasp of business fundamentals: strategy, finance, markets, and consumer insights.
- Ability to link brand vision to measurable business outcomes (ROMI, growth, profitability).
- Skilled at long-term thinking while balancing quick wins.
- Deep understanding of classical marketing: research, data, planning, and communications.
- Expertise in digital: social media, SEO, web ecosystems, content marketing.
- Strong sense for creativity, design, and storytelling - ability to discern great from good.
- Mature leader with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders (agency, client, partners) around a shared vision.
- Skilled in negotiations and presentations at C-level.
- Exceptional presentation and writing skills: able to produce game-changing documents.
- Advanced+ fluency in English; global mindset.
- Natural salesperson with ability to inspire, persuade, and win trust.
- 5+ years in senior client service, brand management, or marketing director roles.
- Proven record of building and leading strong client relationships, including international.
- Hands-on experience in brand creation, communication strategy, and digital marketing.
- Track record of managing P&L or significant project budgets.
