As one of the frontier leaders in Agtech Space industry, we are changing the game and we want you to change it with us!Looking for a Junior Business Analyst/Pre-sale Manager!Our team is looking for professionals who will help us bring space closer to humans and make their daily lives easier thanks to faster and better-informed decisions.The business analyst will join a strong and motivated team of scientists, developers, data scientists, GIS specialists and sales.The position involves communication with internal stakeholders and clients and various exciting projects and use cases.The Junior Business Analyst will receive all the necessary support and training both during the adaptation period and after it from an experienced lead business analyst. Motivation, desire to learn, improve and adapt are the key qualities we value for this position.Tasks:
  • Support sales team and work on custom feature requests/projects;
  • Participate in calls with clients together with sales managers;
  • Identify and sctucture client's needs;
  • Collaborate with lead business analyst, technical and science teams to decompose client needs into clear requirements;
  • Collaborate with lead business analyst, technical and science teams to propose solutions for clients and provide cost estimates for deliverables;
  • Help lead business analyst and sales team to prepare quotes and proposals;
  • Help lead business analysts to monitor activity of technical and science teams on a high level and be aware of delivery schedules of key product/ scientific custom solutions, help resolve issues and blockers related to clarifying or changing requirements.
Requirements:
  • Curiosity and fascination in the industry of satellite data and ways it can improve our lives
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Ability to structure customer needs and decompose them into requirements;
  • Strong communication skills and developed emotional intelligence;
  • Upper-intermediate spoken english;
  • 1+ years experience as business analyst or pre-sale manager
Would be a plus:
  • Understanding the basics of remote sensing;
  • Ability to work with basic geospatial analysis tools (Google Earth, QGIS);
  • Confident user of Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, search tools;
  • Experience in creating simple estimates/budgets.
