This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in U.S.-based trucking or logistics companies, particularly in truck dispatching, driver coordination, or fleet management.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support drivers across the U.S.Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and internal teamsManage transportation documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations)Monitor and support the full cargo lifecycleEnsure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution in real time🔹 Required Qualifications:6−12 months of prior experience in U.S. truck dispatching or transportation coordinationSolid knowledge of logistics terminology and cargo lifecycleStrong communication and decision-making skills under pressureFluent English (additional languages are a plus)Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools, and logistics apps🔹 Preferred Experience:1 in dispatching, freight brokerage, or customer support in logistics on the US marketKnowledge of BorderConnect, Samsara, Adobe Acrobat, ExcelUnderstanding of U.S. geography and time zones💡 We Offer:Remote work with equipment/allowance supportClear growth path: Dispatcher → Senior Dispatcher→ Team LeadStructured onboarding & training (3−6 months)Bonus system tied to KPIs and performanceInternal tools, team mentorship, and operational autonomyOnly candidates located in Ukraine are considered for the vacancy.ВідгукнутисяТранспорт, логістика, 50-250 співробітників
