- Provide Base44 users with complex technical solutions, including remote access to systems, analyzing diagnostics, and troubleshooting network or database issues
- Implement fixes, workarounds, or configuration changes to restore functionality
- Properly identify, document, and escalate bugs for quick resolution
- Recognize trends in user experiences and advocate for fast solutions
- Interact closely with the product team to understand features, functionality, and potential pain points
- Document and clearly communicate technical issues to developers with detailed steps for replication
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical skills, comfortable navigating unfamiliar tools and technical documents
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in small, collaborative teams and communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms
- Strong growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of success, with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Familiarity with JavaScript and React basics
- Experience troubleshooting API connections, inspecting network requests, and identifying errors in the console
- Proven experience with vibe coding tools - an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field - an advantage
