SMM Manager

• At least 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with HoReCa brands (bars, restaurants, cafes preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Experience creating content strategies and social media calendars
• Ability to work with visual storytelling and brand tone of voice
• Experience collaborating with designers, photographers, and content creators
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
• English at least Intermediate level

• Develop and execute social media strategy
• Manage and grow brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Create content plans and coordinate content production
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends, especially in the HoReCa sector

• Experience working with bars, restaurants, or hospitality venues
• Experience organizing on-site content shoots
• Basic understanding of paid social campaigns
