- Identify and unlock new business growth opportunities through in-depth market research and proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, leading to the establishment of new group-wide partnerships.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive cooperation strategies with key ecosystem partners, including kicking off group-wide projects with the partners and negotiating and executing ecosystem wide deals.
- Analyze partnership effectiveness and performance, generating actionable insights for internal stakeholders and new strategies for improvement, and making data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, high-impact relationships with Genesis partners and stakeholders to strategically align with and fulfill evolving business needs.
- Drive continuous optimization and improvement of existing processes, leading the implementation of innovative ideas and best practices across the department and organization.
- Arrange and coordinate large-scale events and partnership initiatives for ecosystem businesses, collaborating with leading technology giants and industry leaders.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic roles in Big-4, FMCG, business development, project management, or similar.
- Fluent in written and spoken English at an Advanced level or higher.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to effectively process and synthesize large volumes of complex information to derive strategic insights.
- Proven ability to lead complex processes, take full ownership, and consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Strong initiative, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a demonstrated capacity to drive change and innovation.
- Proven track record of negotiating deals.
- Would be a plus - experience in hiring and successfully managing teams; setting up team goals, and conducting reviews
