Our passion for customer success and obsession with results drives us to deliver powerful yet easy-to-use HR solutions.Role overviewAs a Customer Implementation Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between PeopleForce and our customers during onboarding and re-onboarding. You will analyze customer needs, design tailored configurations, and lead the setup of PeopleForce to align with their internal HR processes.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into workflows, building solutions with no-code tools, and ensuring customers' HR operations are successfully migrated into our platform.What you will doKick-off participation: Join initial sessions with the Customer Success Manager and customer to define key requirements.Process mapping: Analyze the customer's existing HR structure, policies, and workflows.Implementation planning: Develop a step-by-step launch project covering key modules (CoreHR, Recruit, Perform, etc.).Configuration: Set up workflows, permissions, and automations to replicate customer processes in PeopleForce.Onboarding support: Guide HR admins through testing, data migration, and training sessions.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with CSMs and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and knowledge transfer.Iterative improvement: Support re-onboarding efforts when customers expand to new modules or change internal processes.What we are looking forExperience: 1-4 years in HR administration, HRIS/HRM implementation, ERP/Dynamics or other no-code solutions configuration.Technical aptitude: Understanding of HR systems and ability to translate business processes into logical setups.Languages: Ukrainian (C1) and English (B2+) required; Spanish or Polish is a plus.Skills & mindset:Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and processes.Confident communicator able to explain technical setups in simple terms.Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM (HubSpot or similar) is beneficial.What we offerFully remote work with flexible schedule (Mon-Fri).Insurance coverage after 6 months.Paid annual leave and sick leave.Opportunity to work at the intersection of HR tech and implementation projects.A growth-focused environment with mentorship and learning opportunities.
