What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end hiring across a variety of technical and non-technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies across global markets
  • Build scalable, data-informed recruiting processes from scratch
  • Source candidates beyond LinkedIn - using networks, partnerships, and creative channels
  • Track and improve funnel efficiency through hiring metrics and insights
  • Actively shape the culture of a fast-scaling, mission-driven startup
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in talent acquisition
  • Experience with international hiring; fluent in English interviews
  • Proven ability to build pipelines through creative sourcing methods
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruiting metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
  • Proactive mindset - adaptable, independent, and outcome-focused
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of ex-consultant profiles (Big-3 / Big-4)
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and related talent profiles
