MacPaw gathers open-minded people who support each other and aspire to change the world around us.We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will oversee and coordinate multiple corporate and software development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. As a Program Manager, you will be working closely with our Executive Team and Directors.If you have a proven track record in managing complex programs, coupled with strong understanding of program & project & process management methodologies, budgeting acumen, and a data-driven approach, do not hesitate to apply!In this role, you will:
  • Align and manage various projects to ensure they meet the organization's mission and program goals.
  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Oversee process management, ensuring standardized procedures are followed across all projects for consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams collaboration for effective communication across all project activities, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Manage program risks and issues, applying mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Monitor program performance, using metrics and KPIs to provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and documentation, tracking program progress and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
Skills you'll need to bring:
  • Experience in managing complex programs in product SaaS companies
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies, including ADKAR and other industry-standard frameworks
  • Proficiency in process management
  • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, plans and comprehensive documentation
  • Data-driven decision making based on performance monitoring
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Stakeholder management
  • Advanced English
