Our office is located in Kiev near «Palats Ukraina».Position OverviewThe Accounts Payables/Receivables/Billing Specialist will manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payables and Receivables functionality This role requires someone with a deep understanding of accounting principles, particularly in the aviation industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ensuring vendor relationships are maintained and all billing to clients is processed in a timely and accurate manner.Key Responsibilities:
  • Receipt and quality control of Vendor's invoices
  • Vendor disputes communication
  • Bill report preparation for further billing purposes
  • Entry Invoice generation and release invoice to Clients
  • Preparing and verification of Vendor`s Statements of Account with vendors
  • Assisting with audit support
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2−3 years of experience in accounts payables/receivables, preferably within the aviation or related industry (Commerce, Logistics)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Familiarity with automated tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
