With operations in the U.S. and Serbia, we are expanding rapidly and building a world-class supply chain operation.About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain. This is a new leadership role that will shape how we manage procurement, production logistics, and vendor partnerships. You’ll work closely with top management, product, and finance teams.Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee procurement, delivery, and warehouse transfers
Source and onboard new suppliers and logistics service providers
Lead contract negotiations with manufacturers and carriers
Ensure product availability aligns with sales forecasts
Own documentation and compliance at all supply chain stages
Optimize costs across sourcing, warehousing, and shipping
Manage and mentor the logistics team and future sourcing staff
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Legal teams

What You’ll Need to Succeed:Hard Skills:

Proven experience in supply chain planning (demand, MRP, production, or logistics)
Track record of successful supplier sourcing and contract negotiation
Experience with international logistics and customs
Strong documentation and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas)
Solid written business English
Familiarity with ERP systems (1C, Odoo, SAP, or similar) – nice to have
Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Remote Desktop – nice to have

Strategic thinker with strong execution
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Collaborative, solutions-driven, and team-oriented
