- analysis and evaluation of incoming technical requirements from partners and/or end customers (from RFI to RFP and RFQ);
- review and optimization of technical specifications (quotes) prepared by partners;
- meetings with customers/partners to assess their current technical solutions, key challenges, and future requirements;
- providing technical consultations to sales specialists (both partner-side and internal teams such as BM/PLM/AM);
- supporting partners in analyzing competitive projects, preparing comments and supporting documentation;
- participation in activities aimed at promoting products and developing technical competencies of the partner channel (webinars, trainings, seminars - for both engineers and sales teams at Elcore, partners, and customers);
- delivering technical training for partners;
- conducting Proof of Concept (POC) and demo sessions of technical solutions, and participating in initial deployments at end-customer sites;
- participation in IT forums, exhibitions, seminars, product and solution presentations;
- obtaining and maintaining vendor-required specializations and authorizations.
- practical knowledge at the level of a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in one or more of the following areas:
o Virtualization systems, backup and recovery solutions;
o Enterprise communication networks. * certifications confirming expertise in solutions from the following vendors will be considered an advantage:o Trend Micro
o Cisco Systems
o Fortinet
o Palo Alto Networks
o Check Point
o OpenText (Micro Focus) * practical skills in conducting negotiations and delivering presentations to partners and customers;
- broad technical knowledge, ability to quickly grasp new topics, strong analytical and non-standard thinking skills;
- ability to position and present technical solutions to customers, both remotely and in face-to-face meetings;
- high level of self-motivation and responsibility, energy, diligence, and ability to work effectively in a team;
- constant desire to improve knowledge of the products and solutions within the engineer's area of responsibility.
