MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Welcome and register SPA guests promptly and courteously
Manage appointments, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently
Promote SPA services, treatments, and products to guests
Handle payments and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with therapists and SPA staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
