Senior PSP Reconciliation Manager

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between PSP transaction reports, internal payment systems, and bank statements.
• Track and reconcile rolling reserves held and released by PSPs, ensuring timely and accurate accounting entries.
• Review, reconcile, and report on all PSP service fees and VAT amounts deducted, working closely with the Finance team for compliance.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies or outstanding items in transaction settlements.
• Liaise with PSPs, internal IT, and finance teams to resolve reconciliation issues and improve processes.
• Prepare regular reconciliation reports and assist with period-end closing activities.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation relating to PSP settlements, rolling reserves, and VAT.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in reconciliation, transaction processing, finance, accounting, or a related area (payment/card industry is an advantage).
• Familiarity with payment service providers, card processing, rolling reserves, and VAT concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and an ability to work with large datasets; experience with reconciliation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
