- Provide guidance regarding pricing to the market, considering the competitive environment and COGs/GM% perspective.
- Monitor PVM dynamics for key BMCs, ensuring LOC takes corrective actions to drive growth.
- Ensure LOC follows brand's Global Pricing guidelines and helps optimize price positioning in line with brand strategy.
- Deliver better analytics on price/volume & price elasticity studies for power brands with Category management & Sales to identify opportunities (always-on-pricing).
- Monitor implementation, results, and competitors' activities. Review strategy annually during ABP planning process, adjust to manage risk or capture opportunity.
- Co-lead development of price pack architecture strategy per market/channel aligned to brand strategy and global price maps.
- Help the country translate brand price positioning into channel/customer price strategy.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to publish price recommendations for NPIs, ensuring they are launched above floor and profitably.
- Co-lead improvement in promotion management by running diagnostics and focusing on key development areas for each key market.
- Help set promotional framework per brand/channel/customer based on brand strategy.
- Establish governance rhythm with Sales teams to show continuous improvement on promotion ROI and adherence to price corridors/PPA.
- Co-lead a process for promotion evaluation to maximize promo effectiveness (market impact, ROI).
- Help the market make strategic calls in boosting profitable SKUs as reflected in PPA.
- Understand and diagnose long-term customer channel mix impacts on market's sales.
- Support SKU rationalization process in collaboration with UA marketing, sales, finance & QSC teams.
- Measure progress of CGF segmentation and investment planning for CGF in Ukraine.
- Link Commercial Growth Framework to PPA and out-execute work to prepare a roadmap for winning in channels.
- Identify existing G2N inefficiencies and work closely with markets to redeploy investment for winning in the market.
- Recommend structural TS optimization for increased conditionality (pay-for-performance) and KPI delivery.
- Fluent English.
- Effective negotiator & communicator.
- 5 years+ Sales and Commercial experience, preferably across different geographies.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Drive for results, resilience, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Experience working in hybrid/matrix teams.
