In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to identify business opportunities and ensure a strong connection between marketing efforts and the sales team.Your mission is to qualify incoming leads, understand customer needs, and create high-quality opportunities for Account Executives in a fast-paced B2B environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely processing and qualification of inbound leads from the website, marketing campaigns, and events;
  • Prompt response to inquiries to establish contact with potential customers who have expressed interest;
  • Identifying customer needs and assessing the fit of our product/service with their requirements;
  • Scheduling and coordinating product demos and meetings for Account Executives;
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and updating lead statuses in the CRM system;
  • Conducting lead verification and qualification;
  • Achieving assigned KPIs and contributing to overall sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong interest in B2B sales and the IT industry;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Proactive attitude, stress resilience, independence, and strong self-organization skills.
Nice to have:
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
