- Creating creatives for advertising, social media, and web platforms;
- Supporting and developing the visual style of the product through motion and static formats;
- Participating in brainstorms, generating ideas, processing feedback;
- Collaborating with graphic designers, copywriters, product and acquisition teams.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Motion Designer in advertising, digital, or product teams;
- Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma;
- Deep understanding of composition, rhythm, timing, typography;
- Ability to manage projects from concept to final render;
- Skill in creating high-quality, expressive, and stylistically cohesive videos;
- Experience with static formats in Figma as part of the overall creative approach;
- Experience using AI tools in creative task;
- Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian.
