You will:⁠Edit and produce performance-driven marketing videos at scale
⁠Use AI tools to generate visuals, avatars, voiceovers, and creative concepts⁠Apply professional color grading and motion design techniques
Create AI-enhanced assets using platforms like Midjourney, Kling, Sora, and others
Ensure consistency in storytelling, pacing, branding, and performance optimization
Collaborate in a fast-paced, global creative environment
Deliver high-quality content under tight timelines

  • ⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in video production and editing
  • ⁠ ⁠Experience integrating AI-generated visuals, voice, or video into final outputs
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in motion graphics and dynamic visual storytelling
  • ⁠ ⁠Skilled in video color grading and maintaining visual consistency
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced team
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
  • ⁠ ⁠Understanding of performance marketing content (UGC ads, direct response, paid social formats) is a plus
  • ⁠ ⁠Portfolio showcasing both traditional editing and AI-enhanced creative work
