Mate academy is an EdTech startup with a gamified, AI-powered LMS platform where people learn IT specialties. We've successfully launched in Poland and Brazil, and we're just getting started. 5000+ graduates have landed their first IT jobs after only 4 months of training.Over the years we gathered a lot of data and have a huge client database. Your main goal as an Email Marketer is to reactivate, retain, and bring new clients to Mate via messengers/emails/pushes.Your skills
  • 1+ years of experience as CRM Marketing Manager/Direct Marketing Manager/Email Marketing Manager.
  • Experience with
, , stripo or similar tools. * Hands-on experience in composing and launching email marketing campaigns.
  • Basic email marketing analytics.
  • Experience in copywriting (using AI agents).
  • Upper-intermediate English.
Bonus points
  • Copywriting/reviewing emails in Ukrainian and English.
  • Working with Figma.
  • Experience in integrating ESP(s).
  • HTML email templates editing.
Your tasks
  • Create and launch direct marketing campaigns (emails, SMS, app-push, in-app).
  • Track basic performance of direct marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Head of CRM Marketing to do 2x of today's job, which is sending promotional messages, setting up triggered communication campaigns.
  • Launch basic triggered direct marketing campaigns.
  • The data-driven approach in your decisions and work on all levels.
  • Close cooperation with design and product teams.
Examples of projects1. Sales manager comes with a promotional offer. We create a copy, visuals, compose an email template, create SMS. Then we create a segment of recipients based on the promotional offer, compose a campaign, launch it and track the result.2. Triggered campaign showed a good performance on Ukrainian domain. So we need to localise and adapt for launching in other domains.We offer
