Fineline Global is a rapidly growing world leader in the printed circuit board (PCB) trading industry. We offer comprehensive services ranging from the development of prototypes and PCB samples to production and delivery. We think globally and act locally, serving various market sectors, including medical, automotive, telecommunications, industrial, and consumer electronics worldwide.Fineline Global is looking for a skilled and motivated Accountant to join our team in Ukraine. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations, working closely with internal teams and external vendors in an international environment.Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing process.
  • Manage bank transactions, including posting entries in the accounting system and reconciling bank statements.
  • Handle vendor transactions, ensuring accuracy in source documents, posting to the accounting system, and reconciling accounts. Communicate with vendors on financial matters.
  • Monitor and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Issue and manage sales invoices to customers.
  • Track and control receivables to ensure timely collection from customers.
Requirements:
  • Current residence in Ukraine.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with SAP or other widely recognized international ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • A university degree in accounting is required.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience is essential; international experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good English communication skills - both written and spoken.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • High sense of responsibility with a focus on results.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn.
