For more information, please visit our website:Background:A week after the start of the war in Ukraine, Good Neighbors dispatched the GN emergency response team on 3 March 2022 in Romania and was supporting the Ukrainian refugees with Emergency relief items (food and non-food), Transportation, Child Protection and Shelter. In Ukraine, Good Neighbors has proactively delivered emergency aid through their Partners in the areas of Odessa, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Kyiv, Donetsk and Kharkiv Oblasts with a budget of $2.43 million.Now GN are in process of opening its Representative Office in Kyiv.Purpose of the Role:Good Neighbors is recruiting a dedicated and motivated specialist for the position of HR Officer with the aim of supporting the new GN Representative Office (RO) in Ukraine under the supervision of Ukraine Country Director (CD) and Program Manager (PM) and in collaboration with the Global Partnership Center (GPC). The HR Officer will support the GN Country Director and Program Manager in overall responsibility for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals, labour laws, and HR best practices. This role involves overseeing HR processes, personnel administration, compliance and employees' recruitment and engagement.Key Responsibilities:HR administration? Oversee all HR processes, ensure their effective implementation and compliance with the Ukraine labor laws, HR policies, and organizational procedures? Oversee proper HR document storing and archiving and ensure their compliance with labor law, internal procedures and audit requirements? Support HR Committee of Covering Solution and Decision in HR? Engage Training, Workshop, Network internally and externally for Professional Capacity? Support Salary and Benefits paymentsPolicy Development & Implementation? Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures? Ensure transparency and fairness in policy application across the organization? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals? Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field? Minimum 4 years in similar position, preferably within the humanitarian, non-profit, or international development sectors? In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian labor law, employment and tax regulations and HR best practices? Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policiesLanguages?
