OpsWorks Group of Companies is an international group consisting of a DevOps services provider, a tech outsourcing company, and a tech product company.It is a full-time, fully remote, and long-term cooperation opportunity.What professional skills are important for us?At least 1 year of recruiting experience in IT field;Ability to build a full cycle recruitment process;Experience utilizing social media and internet-based recruiting tools;High degree of responsibility, a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs;Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills;Ability to maintain a consistently fast pace in delivering results;Ability to consult applicants and negotiate compensation;Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;Upper-intermediate English is a must.What will you do?Full life-cycle recruiting;Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;Utilizing various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to maximize candidate sourcing and grow the company's employment brand.Attracting a pipeline of quality candidates for technical and managerial positions;Creating job descriptions, make enhancements to existing job descriptions;Researching and investigating new sourcing ideas and tools;Work with the Lead Recruiter to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy.Note: Candidates should be comfortable working with the gambling industry.We Offer:Self-education support (access to a premium subscription to Safari Books Online, paid conference attendance, etc.);Appreciation and honest/open leadership style;Flexible schedule and fully remote job;Paid vacation (21 business days per year);Paid sick leaves;Compensation is negotiable, based on experience;Conditions:Is there a trial period, and how long does it last? - 3 months.Overtime, how often, paid? - There is no overtime.What is the work schedule? - Flexible.
