- Develop and execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and retain top talent.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
- Act as the primary point of contact for sensitive employee matters, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Implement mediation processes, workplace investigations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration.
- Develop and implement company-wide performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback.
- Define and monitor HR and workforce KPIs such as turnover, retention, time-to-hire, and employee engagement scores.
- Create and oversee learning & development programs for leadership, management, and staff.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Oversee competitive compensation strategies aligned with industry standards.
- Recommend incentive programs to boost morale and performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on workforce planning and organizational growth.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, conflict resolution, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR software.
- Above average English
