Опис вакансіїPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR operations from end to end. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing HR processes across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Director will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring our people strategy aligns with business goals, drives performance, and supports a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and retain top talent.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
2. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sensitive employee matters, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  • Implement mediation processes, workplace investigations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration.
3. Performance Management & KPIs
  • Develop and implement company-wide performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback.
  • Define and monitor HR and workforce KPIs such as turnover, retention, time-to-hire, and employee engagement scores.
5. Training, Development & Implementation
  • Create and oversee learning & development programs for leadership, management, and staff.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure smooth employee transitions.
6. Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee competitive compensation strategies aligned with industry standards.
  • Recommend incentive programs to boost morale and performance.
7. Strategic HR Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on workforce planning and organizational growth.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, conflict resolution, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR software.
  • Above average English
