We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team and take ownership of player engagement and retention campaigns. This role is all about creating, managing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that drive player engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will work across multiple communication channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns tailored to player behavior.Responsibilities
  • Automated Campaigns: Develop and optimize welcome, activation, and reactivation flows to boost engagement and retention. Create personalized journeys for different player segments (newcomers, active players, dormant users).
  • Player Base Management: Manage communications with the active player base via email, SMS, in-app notifications, sliders, and social media. Segment users by activity, preferences, turnover, deposits, and engagement level to deliver targeted offers.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze key CRM metrics (OR, CTR, AR, RR, DAU, WAU, MAU). Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews to improve future campaigns. Run A/B tests (send time, subject lines, bonuses, etc.) to optimize results.
  • Promotion Development: Generate and implement new promotional ideas to drive activity and retention. Oversee the full cycle of campaigns from concept to launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and content teams to deliver consistent and impactful campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of CRM experience in the gambling / betting industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability, responsibility, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to handle high workload and prioritize effectively
  • Understanding of casino player behavior and user engagement patterns
