But our priority remains the same: building a vibrant culture where we share ideas, speedrun through challenges, and shape the business together.The Role You'll Own - Growth Product Manager🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?- Develop the product user experience within a new business direction in collaboration with the team;
- Generate and support the main processes for launching and monitoring product experiments and A/B tests;
- Collect and analyze data, influence product development decisions;
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to find product growth points;
- Develop product strategies and improve user experience;
- Improve and optimize business processes;
- Collaborate with different teams (analytics, marketing, design, development) to achieve product goals.🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?Must-have:- Ability to take a systematic approach to problem-solving. To find the cause of the problem, break it down into small components, and formulate solutions;
- Ability to take ownership and manage tasks from concept to execution;
- Analytical and critical thinking, ability to work with data.
- High level of motivation and desire for development;
