- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams;
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and responsible gaming regulations;
- Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices in iGaming.
- 1+ years of CRM experience (gambling/betting);
- High analytical skills;
