We create projects that help our clients build distinctive brands and launch new opportunities.We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. If you're skilled at lead qualification, enjoy building the first touchpoints with clients, and can manage structured sales processes - we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound leads from one or two key channels;
- Communicate with potential clients via email and messaging;
- Schedule discovery calls with the Sales Executive;
- Prepare and send initial commercial proposals;
- Transfer all relevant details to the project manager after the deal is closed.
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or SDR role;
- Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a plus);
- Confident user of Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with task trackers (e.g., Worksection, Trello, Asana);
- Ability to present data clearly and visually;
- Higher education (marketing, business, or humanities preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously;
- Clear and precise written communication;
- Adaptability and empathy in client interactions;
- Basic understanding of B2B services sales;
- English level: B2 or higher.
