- Analysis of international clients and preparation of plans for their development (in accordance with the Company’s development strategy);
- Development of annual sales plan for international clients;
- Building and developing the relationships with international clients;
- Conclude commercial contracts with international clients;
- Contract and financial management;
- Provide and control the implementation of the contractual agreement; Identifying opportunities to grow business and optimize spends;
- Coordinate the pricing policy of Retail chains, promo activities;
- Sales monitoring & analysis;
- Leading of Ferrero cross-functional teams to ensure maximum effectiveness of interaction with international client;
- Monitoring and reporting.
- Higher education;
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience working with international clients or major national accounts;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
- Upper-intermediate level of English; fluent in Ukrainian;
- Strong analytical, selling, people management, account management, and negotiation skills ;
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, result-oriented.
