Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of product ranges and ability to promote sales
Basic Safety Training (BST) and required certifications
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and assist guests in shops, providing information and recommendations on products
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and attractive merchandise displays
Promote sales through product knowledge and guest engagement
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment
