Our technology focus covers .Net, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering, analysis and preparation of detailed functional specification for requirements, identification of the customer's business goals, and the concept of the solution.We are looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team.Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a business analyst, with solid understanding of SDLC and agile practices
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and validation, using techniques such as user story mapping, INVEST, PIE, MoSCoW, workshops, process modeling, and prototyping
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to engage both technical and business audiences and facilitate requirement validation sessions
  • Strong prioritization skills — able to assess and sequence requirements, tasks, and deliverables effectively to meet goals
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong spreadsheet and data presentation skills
  • Proficiency in creating user flows, swimlane diagrams, and other visual process models; familiar with prototyping tools (Visily, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Visio, draw.io)
  • Knowledge of structured change management processes to assess, document, and communicate requirement changes
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data, maintaining consistent business terminology and data definitions
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo) to extract, interpret, and present actionable insights
  • Understands AI concepts (Generative AI, LLMs) and can identify product use cases to improve features, UX, and business value
  • Skilled in using AI tools for work optimization, including prompting, automation, and content generation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and active listening skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science (or similar technical field)
  • Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least)
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in analysis and artifact preparation for presales activities under guidance of senior BA
  • Create or contribute to BA deliverables during Discovery stages under guidance of senior BA
  • Capture and prioritize business ideas, features, and requirements from stakeholders
  • Perform analysis and validation of business and user requirements
  • Prepare questionnaires and conduct user interviews to clarify needs
  • Elicit non-functional requirements from technical representatives and document them
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, including user stories, diagrams, flow charts, and tables
  • Create visual supporting documentation for user stories, such as wireframes, flowcharts, and data flow diagrams
  • Maintain up-to-date baseline documentation following requirement changes
  • Conduct backlog prioritization meetings with the client on a regular basis
  • Maintain backlog items and their order of priority
  • Break down user stories following standard practices and INVEST criteria
  • Add functional requirements and acceptance criteria to backlog items
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new features with the client
  • Collaborate with the Design Team on feature concepts and user flows
  • Coordinate with designers to review and provide feedback on proposed designs
  • Conduct design tech review meetings with the development team to align on design concepts and screens
  • Serve as a single point of contact for development and QA teams on requirement-related queries
  • Prepare meeting notes on internal and external discussions
  • Prepare for and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of delivered features
  • Participate in bug triage ceremonies with the development team and stakeholders
  • Accept and manage change requests following defined change management procedures
  • Maintain system communication documents
  • Maintain UI copy and internationalization documentation
