— 6+ months of experience in a similar position or after graduated IT-university;
— Knowledge and experience working with macOS / Linux / Windows;
— Basic understanding of network protocols and services;
— Good communication skills;
— Love to hardware.Nice to Have:
— Experience in setting up equipment for online events (streaming);
— Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, O365 services;
— English A1/A2+.Responsibilities:
— Setup user workspace;
— Install standard software on user's computers;
— Maintain issues in ticketing system with user's computers and provided hardware;
— Perform regular office IT equipment check;
— Resolve users' hardware requests;
— Fulfill the requirements of Information Security Management System Policies;
— Maintain inventory of equipment;
