The role focuses on daily operations support, system configuration, monitoring and maintenance.Requirements

Computer Science or Sysem Engineering education, or relevant professional experience.
Confident use of Windows (Linux and MacOS is a plus).
Good understanding of computer networking.
Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility.
Intermediate (B1/B2) english writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Basic operations with accounts, access, software and licenses.
Installation, configuration and monitoring software on Windows, MacOS and Linux systems.
Managing IT assets and inventory.
Maintaining documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting.
Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes using checklists.

Nice to have

System automation experience and basic programming skills.
Certifications in Networking or Security areas.
Experience working with process and system monitoring, automation and scripting.
Experience working with Microsoft 365, Intune, Power Shell.
Proficiency with Linux systems configuration maintenance.
