Proven experience in implementing and/or configuring HRM/CRM/ERP systems.2. Profound understanding of business processes.3. Ability to articulate tasks clearly and concisely.4. Proficiency in customer-centric communication.5. Conversational proficiency in the Polish language.Key responsibilities include:1. Gathering and analyzing client business requirements, designing optimal solutions.2. Configuring ERP systems using user-friendly tools.3. Formatting and importing data from xls, csv files.4. Configuring dashboards and reports using built-in tools.5. Testing configured functionality.6. Supporting new and existing clients during ERP system implementation and usage.7.
