Опис вакансіїWe are a Canadian company specializing in the production and sale of top-selling products in the Sports & Outdoors category for the North American and European markets. Our products are successfully represented on leading online platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and Walmart, thanks to their high quality and competitiveness. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to strengthen our team and ensure efficient management of procurement activities.What You Will Be Doing:Strategic and Tactical Sourcing:
  • Develop strategies for supplier search and selection;
  • Conduct market trend analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization;
  • Search for new suppliers and negotiate terms of cooperation;
  • Manage supplier contracts;
  • Support the initial agreement and transition suppliers to operational processes;
  • Analyze risks and implement measures to ensure supply chain stability.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):
  • Monitor suppliers' compliance with contract terms;
  • Evaluate and maintain supplier service levels (SL);
  • Participate in negotiations to align order and production plans;
  • Resolve issues related to product quality, delivery times, and contract obligations;
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance supplier collaboration.
Cost Optimization (COGW):
  • Conduct cost analysis for product procurement and logistics;
  • Negotiate with suppliers to reduce product costs and optimize overall expenses.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher;
  • Deep understanding of supply chain management principles;
  • Experience in market research and risk assessment;
  • Ability to effectively organize work in a multitasking environment;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proactive approach, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities;
  • Experience in developing and implementing KPIs to evaluate supplier performance.
